This is a journey towards transformative Learning & Organisational Development. Two decades ago, Next‑Gen Impact (NGI) was conceived from a visionary dedication to revolutionizing Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD). Our Founder & CEO embarked on a professional odyssey driven by a deep‐seated passion for ameliorating educational and developmental practices.
